My Journey

• My name is Hemang Bhatt, Owner Of H.K. Agencies. Today I am going to share my journey with you because I want all of you to know how I reached the stage where I am now.
• My father had a really good banking job but I was always curious about business. I always wanted to start my own business. I started by selling thermal paper rolls in 1994. I had no idea where my destiny would take me but I was ready to do hard work to achieve my goals.
• Later I also did a few jobs like sales officer in Eureka Forbes and IDBI bank. These jobs taught me really good customer handling and salesmanship skills. Then I decided to take some risk and start my own business and that's how H.K.Agencies was founded in 2002.
• I got several agencies from diagnostic companies and started to spread my business in regional markets. I built strong relationships with pathologists and laboratories and gave them the best products with A one service. My aim was always to solve their problems and give them better every next time. That's why I have not only invested time in selling products but I also invested time in educating myself in various areas of business.
• In 2009, I took my first training in microscope preparation so that I can give direct service to my customers.
• In 2010, I jumped into the orthopaedic rehabilitation market. Many orthopaedics, physiotherapists, Police Officers , Sports Persons as well as Gym trainers are directly in contact with me and use my orthopaedic rehabilitation products regularly.
• In 2012, I went for another training of cell counter repairing as I noticed that company personnel / engineers are not able to provide service in a short timespan. So I took this training so that my customers' work does not get affected.
• In 2018, I also got training in electrolyte repairing.
• That's how I also became a service provider and problem solver for my customers. Very few agency holders give such service to their customers and I am proud that I am one of them.
• In the span of 20 years, H.K. Agencies have settled many big laboratories and served many Pathologists and hospitals and achieved many milestones.
